Our client is a market leader within the Global Insurance Arena.
Through continued growth they are looking for an Operations Training Executive to design, deliver , co-ordinate development programmes and specific training courses to employees within all the companies operation areas. These may also include system training.
Area’s to be covered within training requirements are -
•Career development group workshops
•One to one coaching
•Ad-hoc courses e.g. product, process, systems
The ideal person must have experience of Training, Development and coaching within Call Centres. Designing training courses and delivering training to groups of people as well as one to one.
It would also be an advantage to have experience of delivering training in a virtual environment ( also though this is not a necessity)
