Role Purpose

To work with the executive team and stakeholders ensuring that all operations are delivered in time, on budget and within quality standards

To implement the project plans for new and existing contracts,ensuring all stakeholders are managed

To lead the recruitment,engagement and retention of a network of 200 Associates located across the UK, US and Europe

Be responsible for all programme evaluation; developing and implementing new metrics as required

To scope new client needs and introduce to clients

Lead, line manage and develop the Operations team


Key Responsibilities - Operations

Successfully plan,execute,monitor and control all operations for the client and any subsidiary divisions. Define and articulate clear and attainable objectives and deliverables to be agreed with the Managing Director

Create efficiencies in SAP and other areas of operations,particularly automated processes

Pro-actively identify and assess the impact of risks, issues and dependencies and take corrective action to reduce operational failures, maximise benefits and restrict costs

Ensure accurate evaluations are completed for all programmes and a suite of reports created to evidence effectiveness to Clients

Develop and manage solid business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

Discuss capability and client requirements in order to develop new client opportunities

Recruit and engage with Associates in order to ensure the client is in a position to deliver work won,whilst ensuring consistency and quality is upheld,ensuring all client delivery requirements are met

Lead and line manage the Operations team to deliver their work streams in accordance with overall projects cope,milestones and budget.Meet stated milestones and strive to foresee and mitigate threats to milestone deadlines

The role requires:

Previous project management experience with a good understanding of proven project management methodologies

Proven ability to plan, organise, manage and prioritise a range of tasks-own and others

Excellent time management,meeting time deadlines on a range of projects

Highly competent computer skills and at least 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook on a day-to-day basis

Knowledge of using SAP & Microsoft Project,or similar,would be an advantage

An eye for detail and a commitment to quality

Excellent self-organisational ability

The ability to work well alone and with both individuals and teams

Customer facing and commercial acumen
