My client based in East Croydon is looking for experienced Customer Service Advisors who have worked within a call centre environment.

The role involves shifts covering a 35 hour week, earliest shift 6.30am with the latest shift finishing at 12pm so they are not through the night.

You will need to have the following skills:

Essential Skills & Attributes
• Good standard of general education 
• English Language GCSE or equivalent 
• A genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service 
• The ability to effectively manage multiple cases 
• Excellent telephone manner 
• Fast accurate typing skills 
• PC Literate 
• Good geographical knowledge 
• Proven experience of providing a quality customer service within a pressurised environment 
• Enthusiastic 
• Diplomatic 
• Calm under pressure 
• Assertive 
• Flexible

Desirable Skills & Attributes
• Clean Current Driving Licence 
• Basic technical understanding of vehicles 
• Experience of working in the automotive industry
