  • Business to Business calling only
  • Work will include targeted telemarketing campaigns for our clients across a wide range of business sectors
  • Purpose of the calls are mainly appointment setting, lead generation, data cleansing
  • Outbound prospecting call, sending targeted emails and extensive research
  • Meeting with clients when required for project briefings
  • Account management and daily reporting on work completed, opportunities secured and marketing insight
  • Target based environment, targets vary and are produced from live results achieved
  • Continuous coaching and development, opportunities to progress

 

Person Specification:

 

  • Previous call handling would be a bonus
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Listening skills are key
  • Competence to learn new skills
  • Must be a team player with strong personal motivation
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Must be computer literate with Word and use of email accounts
  • Knowledge of Excel is preferred
  • Knowledge of Customer Relation Management Systems (CRM) is helpful

  • Monday to Thursday 9am- 5pm and Friday between 9am- 3.30pm

Part Time Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9am–3pm or Monday to Wednesday/Thursday 9am–5pm
